its been a while, hope you guys are well
here is a new problem my client is having with viewing their Enliven project,

Here is what their email said:

"On the PC, I could launch with no issues at all with Internet Explorer or Firefox.
On my Mac (Leopard, 10.5.6), I could not get past the “Unsupported Configuration” window, despite having successfully downloading and installing TWO different plug-ins.
I will also try this on a non-Leopard Mac version, but I’m having some doubts about the OSX plug-in.:


Any one has any ideas what is going on

not much support available from viewpoint

I have things more or less working on os x with safari on the site I am re-working for a client:

if you look at the mts3interface file you will see I have made a couple of changes but I suspect it breaks the installer mechanism for people who don't have the plug-in.
