Hello all I am new to enliven. I am having issues trying to change a texture on a vet car file. I may have a wrong setting when publishing. because in the mtx when I edit I see a .mzv and I shouldn't be seeing that. Can anyone direct me on how to export and get the texture to change? Thank you in advance.

In the Publish Room uncheck 'Use MZV' under Other Settings

Well bro I am at home and tried the suggestion and came up with the same thing. If I could get an email I will send you what I have done in the past and want to do now. Thanks.

If I am reading this correctly you are exporting from Carrara and importing into Enliven?

If that is the case.

Under General settings, make sure both boxes are unchecked and you crank both geometry and Texture quality to the max. (Enliven is going to compress them anyway, compressing already compressed files is a bad thing.)

Under texture settings, check both boxes and crank those up to max as well. The rest of the settings are pretty much up to you, but I tend to make sure my image size is at least as big as I intend to have my final project.

It is easier to change your textures in Carrara than in Enliven, but you will have to adjust bump and specular. (And no matter what I set bump to in Enliven, it comes out maxed.)

Animators do not work with rigged figures. Frown This is a major limitation that really needs to be addressed.
