The house tour I just posted? My first experience with Enliven? The concept has been sold! A major maker of modular homes wants tours for their entire inventory(!).

Now for a somewhat awkward question... would any of you, more experienced in this area than I, be willing to give me a ballpark idea of how much to charge per project? The company bills about $290M+ annually. The job entails building the 3D houses in max then building the Enliven tour. I'm just wondering if there's a general industry standard fee structure.

I'll see if I can put you in touch with some resources that can help you with pricing. Do you know how you're going to deliver on so many homes? VET developers, admittedly, are still hard to come by. One option that might work for you is outsourcing to our production team here.

I'll keep looking around for a freelance resource, such as a website, you could use to help you with your decisions in the meantime.
