Is it possible by some setting or api call to prevent or clear the caching used by the Viewpoint Media Player?

We've got a web page where the users constantly are updating modeling information and subsequently reloading the media player. The file name & path to the mtx and mts never change, however a disconnect between the mts & mtx regularly occurs. I suspect it's the media player pulling from the cache when it shouldn't be.

There is no way to clear the cache. But are you sure this is causing the problem? It shouldn't be. Is there some sample content I could look at?
