Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to use the xmltext argument in the MTSPlugin constructor to insert a preloading, or looping scene (or instance) that will play until the larger mtx file loads.

The key poing being that I don't have any control over the library of mtx files I need to display. The only information I have when I write the constructor is the path to the mtx file which size I do not know.

Thanks

Hi !!

Are you placing an Event Collector in the MTX files you will be loading? If yes, you can place a Flash file as PostAnimator in all MTX files and Stop it when you are done loading that MTX file.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Anup

Thanks for your prompt reply. Let me see if I understand...
I can insert an event collector and a new instance(perhaps a flash file - can I use a gif?)using XMLText into a mtx file (which I don't control the creation of).

I've just looked up what a postanimator is, wouldn't a preanimator be what I'm looking for - something like a wait loop until the mtx loads?
