Hey guys... a little stuck and need some help. Couldn't find any contact support phone numbers to call so thought i'd try this out.
We bought the enliven pro software hoping it would be easy to use in order to get this acomplished but im still stuck. We are a direct distributor of FabFours products. http://www.fabfours.com Because of this, we would like to use the MTX files they have in our ads on our website. If you click on Dodge for example, it will take you to a dodge ad with a 3D version of the bumper for sale that you can move around and zoom in and out of. I was given full access to the MTX files and EVEN got it to work fine on my computer... but once I upload the files to the web, the MTX file won't load and it doesn't show up. Can someone please help me in order to get these files to properly load on our server so we can use them? Thanks, William |

Hello,
Most likely you need to register the proper mime types with your server (mts, mtz, mtx, and mzv). Please do a search for "mime" on these forums and read through some of the posts. You will find many posts and should find the answers you need if you need info on how to register mime types on your server. Regards |
