Is there a way for viewpoint to automatically draw a selection box around an instance when a user clicks on it?

Hello Florin
To automatically draw a selection box around an instance is possible. In SceneBuilder, identify the instance and then add a Hot Spot. You may also have roll over text, if you want. The Hot Spot shape can be a cube, cylinder, cone, XY or XZ plane. Visibility can be turned on or off. You will need to create an OnClick interactor to trigger making the box (the HotSpot) appear around the instance when it is clicked. By the way, that clicking can also trigger other animation types. Flash animations, real world-esque object manipulations, and more can be invoked in a similiar fashion. hth DavidR |
