I recently installed Netscape navigator 6.2.1 (Mac) When I went to download the player plugin..I got a warning that my browser was unsupported. It did sy that NN 4.7 was supported..will there be a plug in available for NN 6.2.1 (Mac)

There have been a number of significant bugs in Mozilla (and therefore Netscape 6.x) that have prevented us from being able to present Viewpoint technology in a reliable way.

These bugs prevent a plugin that really pushes the barriers of interaction with the browser, like ours does, from being able to achieve all our features properly.

We are working through these bugs with Netscape and Mozilla and we expect to support Netscape 6.x in the future, but understand, it will only be in a future version that includes the necessary bugfixes.

This may not necessarily be the next Netscape version. That all depends on the testing and release schedule of Netscape.

Once there's a Netscape 6 version available that's compatible with Viewpoint we'll be sure to let everybody know via the newsletter.

I'm disappointed that Netscape engineered out the loading of VP content in their current (Mac 6.2) browser. However, I'm glad you are working together on a fix.
