Viewpoint Tech support,
I am having trouble getting VMP to function correctly on an NTFS, W2k system. It worked fine up until last week, when I rearranged some drive configurations. Now, blank pages are displayed whenever there is "viewpoint" content and your autoloader "loads" continuously. I have tried removing the player and reinstalling, both manually and using the recommended control-panel utility from your site but to no avail. I read in one of your posts that there are problems/bugs with the VMP and NTFS systems. Is there a way to install to a non-default drive (fat32) or is there a fix/workaround in the works? |

Hey,
I just found your post now. Oops! Many apologies that no one answered it until now. In any case, you seem to be having problems with administrator rights. This appears to happen occasionally on some Wind2K systems. I suggest that you log in expressly as Administrator and see what happens. I hope you get this response at this late date. ~Chris |
