why is my windows media player not working in my netscape browser

Ummm- not a lot of details in your question, so impossible to say. For starts:
1. What version of the media player?
2. How did you install it?
3. Have you used Viewpoint's Control Panel to insure that it is installed?
4. How do you know it's not working? Have you tried it on several pieces of content- stuff on the Viewpoint site, for example- or just stuff that you created yourself?
5. Are you on a network, Win NT system or NTFS system? Do you have administrative rights to install?
