1) First crash
I add dynamic generic animations (MTSTimeElem) in my scene after it is loaded. I use to do it for 'Help with SWF components'. If SWF component is not loaded as it is with a basic install, VMP crashes because it does not parse the XML added to see if it contains missing components. Is there any way to avoid it ? As a solution, i add back again all my generic animations in MTX files. :-( 2) Second Crash On Windows NT, suppose as a great admin you are, you install VMP player to let your guys experience VMP. One of your user (with restricted acess) go and see a page with VMP objects. If there is a new VMP, the actual VMP begins to update itself. But it has no right to modify itself and fails. The result is VMP does not work anymore for anybody. You have to use control panel, uninstall VMP and install it again. Is there any way VMP control user's rights to decide if it can updates or not ? |
