Hi

I am getting reports from my client that some of their users are not getting the auto-install pop-up window to allow them to install the media player.

I am not sure what is causing the problems (pop-up blockers are my best guess) so they have asked me to provide a link to allow a manual install from a button on their web page. We need to be able to control the window that the installer appears in.

What is the easiest way for us to do this?

We will be releasing a premium installer next week. This installer will not run in a pop up and can be used by simply changing a variable in your constructor line. We will be notifying developers of this new installer type via the developer newsletter and on the Viewpoint Developer Website. In the meantime you can link to the executable installers.
