I tried installing the viewpoint player installer, It did not install anything on my internet explorer and I was unable to view the content
my system config is
AMD Athlon XP 1.7Ghz, 256 MB DDR RAM, WIndows 2000.
I tried the same on pentium machine it did work
any one have any idea about the player
Please let me know

The processor type does not affect VMP, so the problem does not lie there. The most common cause is permissions, particularly with Win 2K. Make sure that you have administrator rights and try the manual install - you can get the installer from the "Get Player" section.
