i downloaded viewpoint media so that my aol 8.0 themes would work and it says i haven't downloaded it what should i do? can you help

If you have received an error message concerning the VMP being uninstalled when attempting to switch themes in AOL 8, follow these steps to correct the problem:

1. Download the attached VMP installer to your computer by linking to: https://components.viewpoint.com/MTSInstallers/VMPAOLInstall_3_0_11_120.exe

2. Once you have downloaded the file, completely exit the ALL applications, including those active in the system tray. This includes the following:
AOL Client
AOL Instant Messenger
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Netscape Navigator

3. Double-click the Viewpoint Media Player file. Follow all on-screen instructions.

4. Launch the AOL Browswer. you will now be able to switch themes, by typing in keyword "Themes". Further instructions can be found at: http://www.viewpoint.com/developerzone/aol8/index.html.
