hi, i have a big problem with netscape 6.1.
it is not possible to install the vmp with that browser.
none of the install versions works. the autoinstall does not start, the full installation does nothing, and the minimum install is the same.
after installation the typical "broken puzzle piece" appears. i am not able to view any viewpoint content. i have tried the installation on 2 computers, but on both the same sad result.

ie6 works fine, and i had no problems with ie till now.
can smb help me please.

At this time we don't support Netscape 6.x :

We are working on NS6 support, but it isn't yet available in the public release of the media player.
