After installing VMP 3.0.8 on my Windows 2000 computer, the IE 5 browser crashes when displaying ZoomView content. Upgrading to IE 5.5 didn't solve the problem. After reinstalling VMP 3.0.7, the ZoomView content works fine. Is this problem known ?

I would very much like to know more about the problem you are encountering. So far, we've found the VMP 3.08 to be very stable and robust. First of all, can you tell us exactly which version of the 3.08 player you downloaded and installed. Also, when you installed it, did you uninstall the 3.07 plugin first? (You can do this with the Viewpoint Control Panel.) Are you able to recreate the crash? (I know this is a hassle, but...) Finally, what content was causing the crash? The problem was related to an old version of the Adobe Atmosphere plugin. With the new versions of Atmosphere and VMP it works great.Thanks for your help.
