is there a known bug running the latest version of the Viepoint media player with IE 6.0?

The content we are viewing has worked fine for years up through IE 5.5... Now it crashes. I suspect external Java triggers are causing it....

Any help?

Is there a way you can take a look at the source code for obvious errors?

Hi,

If you could send us a ZIP of your content to qasupport@viewpoint.com then once the problem is analyzed, we should be able to get a workaround to you.

This problem is being looked into right now with a view to fixing the plugin problem. That won't directly help you though, the fix will simply go into the next plugin release.

Mike,

We looked at your content and there is an error that is causing the crash. You have an animator and texture with the same name: siding blue. You should name all the elements of your files differently.

The wrap around front porch house is cool.

Your scene blew up my Macintosh IE 5 browser too.

Thanks guys!

I was waiting for an email response rather than coming back here. Wow. Something so simple can really screw it up.

It should be working great now (exterior) am going to be fixing interior next.
