I had another crash with the same product view as yesterday. This time I clicked on the details links as you requested. The attached image shows the details screen.

Hi Denis,
They were so far unable to replicate the crash with your original content. Could you let us know if the optimizations that Anup showed you fixed it?

Hi, I was not able to cause the browser to crash with the optimized files that Anup provided on our development server yet, I will try some more. But as I mentioned before these crashes seem to be sporadic. It is going to take a bit of time before we are ready to go live with all of product views optimized. Our designer will need make time to redo all them.

Ok. Our engineers continue to look into it, but sporadic bugs are notoriously difficult. I can't say how long it will take which is why I am hoping the optimizations will resolve your issue. Though it will take time for your designers to redo them, it is for the best since the experience would have been less than optimal the other way. When I have an answer I'll let you know. But again, let us know if you see a crash on the optimized content. Anup's fix took out the bumpmaps you had in the .mts file which has been a problem child in the past, though I can't say for sure if it was what was causing your problem.
