AOL 8.0 says that it requires viewpoint media player, i downloaded it and i still can't use it. AOL says i may have it disabled. How do i enable it?

AOL ships with the Viewpoint Media Player installed. You don't need to reinstall it. Are you sure that you don't have it installed now? I bet that you do...

Simply go to www.viewpoint.com. Do you see the scene with the pyramids or the dragonfly playing in the banner ad at the bottom? Or, can you see the Ford Explorer when you click on the link? If you can, you have the media player. If you don't have it installed for some reason, you should get a popup asking you if you want to install it.

Just so you know, the Viewpoint Media Player is a plugin, similar to the Flash plugin.
