I was able to se viewpoint, but now even going to the viewpoint home page crashes. I get the "IExplore has gerated errors and will now close..." Only change I made was installing Norton. Any ideas?

I'm Sorry for the late reply, I must have missed this one. I would assume that installing Norton altered some of your security settings and this is conflicting with our autoupdate feature. Are you still experienceing this problem?
