Is there any way to convert an mts file to get it into another program (maya, 3dstudio.. anything!)

I'm working on a project and have recieved only these files, not the original source. I need to use the models but cant get them into my 3d app.

Even an obj, dxf or any other format would work.

Download and install Viewpoint Stream Tuning Studio
http://developer.viewpoint.com/dc/tools.jsp?tab=TOOL&sub=TOOL&tool=5

Open the MTS file in this application and Save As 3ds format from File Menu.
