I'm new to Viewpoint as thus require some to explain this to me like a 3 year old. (However, I used to do VRML for years, so I know the theory and vocab)
I want to mod the UV of an object such that I have 3 objects, all seeing the same texture but only exposing difference pieces of that texture. I know the command I want to sclX and trnX but I cannot seem to get the examples to work. can anyone show me a basic example of this? BTW, this does not require animation.

Thanks

Christopher

Hello Christopher,

If you simply want to display different parts of the same texture on three different objects, all you have to do is place the same texture on the three objects in 3DS max, maya, or whatever program you use. Then, in your program, move/scale/unwrap the texture diffently on each object until the piece of the texture you want is exposed. Then export to VET/Enliven.

Regards
