Hi Alexlin,
VET does not support light objects from your 3D app. Instead, you can either calculate a radiosity solution in 3DS max with your lights, and then render that solution to the textures, and then export the 3DS max scene with the lights baked into the textures. Or you can use lightmaps in VET. For rendering your lights to textures in 3DS Max, please refer to the 3DS max documentation and search for "render to texture". For lightmaps in VET, please refer to the VET Rich Media Authoring Guide if writing your mtx by hand (go here. the authoring guide is the top of the list), or the Enliven help and tutorials if using Enliven (found under the Enliven help menu).
