I met a strange problem:
Step 1: I made a 3d model in MAX and it looks smooth and good then I export it in .ASE style.
Step 2: I used Scene Builder to import the ASE file, model looks good too, then I published it.
Step 3:(the problem showed!)
when I used Scene Builder to open the MTX file just published, the model is not smooth and good any more.

Why did this happened?

By any chance, did you switch ON the "USE CREASE ANGLE" option in the Instances Menu of Scene builder?

If not, can you please mail me the ASE file and I will have a look at it.

Hi Kai !!

Please try the following:
1) Import the ASE.
2) Set the Geometry Quality to 20 or more
3) Publish the scene.

Let me know if this solves the problem.
