We're sorry to hear you are having trouble with your install. Trying these next steps should make your toolbar appear: -Within Internet Explorer Click on the tools menu and select options -From the options window select the Advanced Tab -Select "Enable third party browser extensions (requires restart)" From the "Browsing" Category After restarting, the toolbar should appear.
