I have downloaded Viewpoint and it states that it been loaded..save to the desktop and when I go to install it I get the agree or not agree and I check the I agree. then it runs asking where to put it and I put it on the desktop and click on it and it says it has been installed but I can't find the tool bar, nothing that says Viewpoint. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear you are having trouble with your install. Trying these next steps should make your toolbar appear:

-Within Internet Explorer Click on the tools menu and select options

-From the options window select the Advanced Tab

-Select "Enable third party browser extensions (requires restart)" From the "Browsing" Category
