Issue #1:
When running anti-virus software occasionally the Internet Explorer process may remain open after closing the browser.

Solution:
Open Task Manager, select process named iexploere.exe, End Task.

Occasional Internet Explorer issue where the process remains open after closing the browser.

Solution:
Open Task Manager, select process named iexploere.exe, End Task.

Issue #3:
Degraded performance when using the preview feature with slow internet connection, older computer, or computer with limited available disk space.

Solution:
Open options menu by selecting menu from Viewpoint logo in Toolbar, select Disable search thumbnail previews.

Toolbar utilizes more CPU than expected

In order to avoid inconsistent behavior with Viewpoint Toolbar we recommend turning off or removing other search toolbars from Internet Explorer.
