The Fotomat has been experiencing trouble due to an issue with Internet Explorer 7. You may be able to restore the Fotomat by going into your "View" drop down menu in your Internet Explorer menu bar, choosing Toolbars and un-checking any non-Viewpoint/Fotomat Toolbars and switching on any Viewpoint/Fotomat Toolbars. If this does not bring back your Fotomat you can try going to this web page: http://www.viewpoint.com/technologies/application-marke...lassic-toolbar.shtmland downloading the Critical Update (blue download button) in the center of the screen. Follow the installation instructions to restore the Fotomat. If you still cannot see your pictures you can find them stored in a file called the repository on your computer. The Repository can be found by going to My Documents/My Pictures/Viewpoint/Repository. Here you will find your pictures organized in folders by the dates they were uploaded.
