I would like to know if i can put a web link on a rollover in viewpoint scene builder.

i don't really think why you couldn't. this is just a string. but if you want to go to the link when you click on it, it won't work automatically. you can do it yourself though.
all you need to do is to put an interactor that will filter mouse events on the rollover, and call a javascript function that will send you to the link.
