I agree wholeheartedly.
I've been using the plugin a lot before to convert trueSpace QTVR panos to "readable" jpg images that could be used in other pano viewers than QT, like PTViewer.
After converting to W2k I no longer can get those plugins to work, neither in Photoshop 5.5 not 7.0.
When looking for a newer version of the plugin I found nothing, except that QTVR template where you first need to buy QT Pro (which I don't want to do as long as Apple is not making it possible to add hotspots on a PC).

I really hope that the plugin weill be available again soon :-)

There are currently no plans to publish such a tool, as there is no need to convert a QTVR to a JPEG for Viewpoint. That's just an extra step. We do create the QTVR to Viewpoint converter for Quicktime Pro. It only costs $29.95 for Quicktime Pro, and we don't have any control over this cost. We're sorry we can not be of more help for converting panos to jpegs.

OK. I must confess that I didn't actually use it for VET scenes, but it was very nice and handy for converting trueSpace QTVR panos to plain jpegs that could be given hotspots and used by other viewers than QT.

H looking at Viewpoint's example of the object_movie.mtx I can see how to create a flat panorama of qtvrpro-->jpg images; change direction; change image dimensions.
But I want to move _between_past and present pictures so that the first image does not loop to the last image of the same paonramic reel but to another reel. You could call this the panoramic equivalent of an animated gif that appears to blend between first and last images. Why? So the viewer on apparently spinning around appears to go to another panorama reel (for want of a better term).

I have QTVR of an archaeological site. I also have computer renderings of the temples in the past. I want the user to be able to spin around and the jpgs of the present are either replaced by jpgs of the past or blend into them (ie there are changing layers of translucency or jpgs from Photoshop that have merged past and present pictures). I am sure I can do this via VET but looking at the XML in the interface.js file and trying to work out how XML moves from the first to last frame looks daunting-it is an array, right, that creates this seeming movement?

it possible to tell me which script creates the moving between the first and last jpgs of a qtvrpro converted to VET panorama?
I have qtvr and I gather from the example it is easy to replace image0-image13 with your own images and change the firstslide to lastslide transition.

Any help greatly appreciated.
