If you can get the IPIX software to export a bitmap (bmp, tif, jpg, gif, etc..), you can convert that bitmap into a jpg to use in VET. Then in the vet scene simply set up an MTSPanorama (go to xml database http://developer.viewpoint.com/dc/xml.shtml and search for MTSPanorama)and target the jpg.
