What is the difference between

<MTSSetProperty Target="MTSBaseComponent::Hyperview" Value="1">
and
<MTSAssignProperty Target="MTSBaseComponent.Hyperview" Value="1">

only that double colon ( :: ) syntax has been deprecated. MTX now only uses regular dot syntax. So the second one is more correct.
