Im running into an interesting situation where within our network, the viewpoint trademark shows on the site, but when I connect to the web outside our network, the trademark is not there.

Anybody know whats going on??? I need to figure this out ASAP.

Why do i have to be registered to recieve a notification and why do ihave to add a guest name everytime?

Hi Alan,

It is probably because the URL that the content is served from is different internally/externally. Often internally URLs like http://mycompany.com/content are used, and externally the url is www.mycompany.com/content - if the bkey is for the latter, then the former will show a watermark.

You need a key for the other URL then you should be right as rain.
