You people seem to be doing quite a few of the right things that have attracted me to look at Viewpoint, but being a complete newbe I have a long way to go before I could even consider thinking about doing anything commercial. At the same time, there is time pressure to get on with it so I don't intend to fool with anything that I can't make work now as a part of my eventual resume portfolio.

It’s a little confusing because there is no way to trust whether a note on Broadcast keys is still correct if it is older than the recent free broadcast key policy changes.

I would like to try out a little bit of everything allowed under the free key. So could you give me or point me to a product-by-product and/or media-by-media list of restrictions on the free Broadcast keys at this time?

For example, for my first effort (assuming that I am going down the right road), I would like push the edge a little and use SceneBuilder to layout 80 high-res jpegs as texture on your primitive flat planes in the same space and then put them in all in a single Zoomview scene. Can I do this with the free license? (here are the jpegs: Smell the roses )

I have the Adobe GoLive websuite including the LiveMotion which Adobe is giving up on.

Also, can I have several experimental zoomviews that point to the same key or can I get two keys? I would like to develop on my Windows XP box putting viewpoint under GoLive management and then publish to my web site at sellers.com.

I will answer part of the question, because I had never downloaded one of the keys, I did not know that the e-mail sent with the keys explains alot about Broadcast Keys that I was not able to fine elsewhere.

However, I still would like to know the free key restrictions on various products for another very good reason. Every time I get a menu or a behavior which is different than is described in the documentation, not only do I have to deal with the possibility that I did something wrong, but also with the possibility that the menu isn't there because of limitation on the features due restrictions on the free broadcast key.

That is not fun because if it is a restriction, I may end up chasing a bug that isn't really there.

Well, Viewpoint, what say you?
