Yellow watermarks indicate a bad hash in the broadcast key. Have you attempted to edit the bkey at all? If so, the string in the broadcast key cannot be edited. It is associated with a certain url and changing that will result in the yellow watermark.
As a solution, when viewing content locally, you do not need a broadcast key. If you put all of your viewpoint scene files and all associated assets on your hard drive and run them from there, you do not need the key. Then, in the vmp constructor line in your html file, just leave the space blank between the quotes where the broadcast key is supposed to go. Once you do this, the watermark should go away.
