In atunero.html the broadcastkey is reference in this form:

And the broadcastkey.txt are placed in http://www.scestudiodigital.com/broadcastkey.txt

Yes, that is exactly the issue - the key has expired. The alternative to the watermark is to purchase the Web Developer License.
