OK I mentioned before ..."OK, well I have noticed that when you add flash elements to a foreground layer and then delete them from the project assets it doesn't delete the name of the copy in the foreground layer. So when you add your updated version it increments the name example "homemenu" to "homemenu1". Not sure if this happens to other project assests or in different layers."

well after you have added your second flash file in the Foreground layer you can not delete the first one no matter what you do. I have some lingering flash files in one of my Enliven projects that I can not seem to remove using the delete key or edit delete.
