Can viewpoint support a mesh deform to simulate water surface.

CAn viewpoint support bones based character animation, whereby bones are moved under a mesh or skin, and the mesh or skin is deforms accordingly.

I mean to be able to do bone animations on the fly. Like in shockwave 3d, not to just import them afterwards. With bones for example you could make a draw bridge with controls or a backhoe, the bones would control the motion. Or you could do a ragdoll which is popular in games these days.
