I have published a recently built world onto our webserver (which lives behind a firewall). I have set the proxie settings and opened the software ports to enable the Adobe chat function (ports 5555, 5560, and 5569 I believe). I am able to enter the world using both the Atmosphere plug in and the Atmosphere Player (build 91, which I like prefer). The issue I am having is that I am unable to see any of the other users that are logged in, in fact I can't even see myself in the Users list (I have, indeed, changed my Nickname). Anyone have any input? One bit of info that may help is that I didn't publish the world directly to the web server, I published to a folder on my computer and then copied it over to the server...I was getting an error when I tried to publish directly. Thanks for your input all, David Gomes

David, you may have better luck with this question on the Adobe message boards. We are Viewpoint experts, here, so if it is strictly Atmosphere, we probably won't be able to help! Good luck.
I thought this is the problem in accessing the free chat server of the adobe. Better you have your own chat server. You can get the code for it from the adobe site or some other coding help sites. Change the chat server url in the adobe atmosphere world builder.THen u may be able to fix the problem. All the best. Check the adobe forum i came across the same topic there also.. You can find more info there.
