I created some avatars using poser5, but the file size and the polygons are too big to run in atmosphere. Is there any polygon reducer and mtx file reducer available? Thanks you.

MTX files can be compressed to MTZ files in Scenebuilder. On the Publish tab, switch on 'Compress File' before you save the MTX.
For MTS reduction there is a program called MTSTakedown, I downloaded my copy Here but although it is very effective in reducing the size of your MTS, there does not seem to be much control over how your geometry is reduced, and can have some undesired effects, IMO.
There is, however, a program here called Viewpoint Stream Tuning Studio, which allows you to reduce mts size and polycount, amongst other things. You can find it on Developer Central under the 'Viewpoint Tools' link. I have not got around to trying it out myself yet, so cannot really comment on it, but just by looking at the features, it may offer a much more controlled reduction than MTSTakedown.
Hope this helps.
