I am loading my flash layer like this and I want it a solid layer with no transparency but it is coming in transparent with one object visible semi opac.

Seems that any text or objects you draw in flash do not get carried over to the VMP? I mad the exact same drawing as a gif in photoshop and imported it into flash and it worked fine.

The HasAlpha should be 0 and not 1. Also you need to have a solid filled background in the Flash file.
