If you mean you want to make a falling snow flash animation the background of your VET scene, then you would simply export a swf from Flash where you set up a falling snow animation. Then you simply import the swf to Enliven and drop it in the scene. Voila! For more info, refer to the Enliven users manual and tutorial.

I guess you want it for a normal website and not a VET scene. May be you can use an animated gif as a bg image.
