Hi ibob,

Sorry for the late reply here. If you have a look at the XML Database under "HyperView" you will see "MTSBaseComponent RestrictMacHyperView". This allows you to change the default behaviour of HyperView on the Mac.

The default behavior is no HyperView. On the Mac OS if files attempt to load into the scene while in HyperView mode, then VMP will come out of HyperView mode. ZoomView is a great example of files loading into the scene, but it can be any dynamic content.

If you know that you will not get any additional files you can override the default behavior. I beleive that page 18 of the VMP 3.0.10 release notes also cover this (Documentation section).

Cheers, Andrew

To add just a bit to what Andrew said, MTSEventModalEnd should work on the MAC in any circumstances. However, if you cannot hyperview do to files loading, the scene will immediately pop out of hyperview and that will constitute your EventModalEnd. So, if you have a scene and the EventModalEnd doesn't seem to get recognized, there may be some other issues at hand. After your review the documentation that Andrew suggested, if you still have a problem, can you post the content or a URL?
