I've installed the Scene builder software on my windows 2000 pc, but the only things that are visible when I load the software is the Object Info window and the window that displays the render. For some reason I'm not getting the Hierarchy and Scene Commands panels!

Does anyone know why this is?

The only reason I've heard why this can happen is when you have the screen resolution set lower than the recommended minimum of 1024x768.
