During testing, I have experiencing a reoccurring error installing the plug in with Netscape 4.7.

From the Developerownload site, the Auto-Install brings up the Viewpoint Media Player pop-up with instructions.

However, the installation stops there. It will not proceed until the page is refreshed.

This also occurs when the installation is initiated from the embedded control - with the corporate sites on your home page for example.

Our concern is that a substantial portion of our end-users browse with Netscape.

This is not a problem in IE 5.5, only Netscape.

Do you have a solution or work-around for this?

Do you mean until the Auto-install page is refreshed, or until the page with the VET content is refreshed? Could you also tell us which OS you were testing with.
