I get a validation error when applying the XML Schema in XMLSpy to a mtx file that has been generated by Scene Builder.

The errors are as follows:

This file is not valid: Value does not match facet enumeration "1 2 3 4 308" in attribute 'Version'

Unexpected attribute 'MultiUV' in element 'MTSGeometry'

If the XML Schema is producing error messages on code that displays correctly, is it worth paying $400 for XMLSpy when notepad will do?

Somebody smarter than I will hopefully explain the error message...

I usually turn on Verbose MTX in Scenebuilder, then I click the Validate Scene button. Then I turn off Verbose MTX.

Somehow the exercise makes me feel better and it confirms the code will work.

When hand coding (aka modifying an existing scene) then I parse it in Internet Explorer by opening the .mtx file within the browser.
An error points at the exact line and character in question. This helps me.

I received the same error attempting to validate a version 311 document.
An added note , when attempting to switch to Schema/WSDL in XMLSpy received the following message:
