You'll need to be more specific. What exactly is not saving correctly.

This appears to be a bug in Stream Tuning Studio. Suggested workarounds are to use separate mts files in your mtx, or re-edit the 3D scene in your original 3D app to include both the objects and then re-export.

Thanks for response Craig
Excuse my poor english. I think that you work at Viewpoint so no, the continuation of the message did not adresse to you, (not very fast for response, this work was finalize since 7 month, but better than nothing) Well, i have an another answer. What are you doing with your application who can produce mts/mtx files whitout bkey (first date was in may or june 2004, now it's march 2005). The only news that i receive is your certification information but it's not a priority for me to pay for that (and my customers don't regard this but my work) You have a great tools/technology but if you don't have a good "politic", all the web-services firms and theirs customers go out. Another technology exist (and some one work with mozilla firefox!!) and new standard become (x3d)). Adobe too use 3d data in new acrobat pdf file format!!(not with the possibility of viewpoint now, but in the future.... and it's a "STANDARD" for customers and Firms in the world) I have to do another 3D real-time services this years and buy a new developper licence if i use viewpoint technology, but for that, i hope that your application exist. In waiting of your answer. Best regards. |

Hello,
Yes, there has been some transitions in our support department, so we did fall behind a bit on the forums, but we're reducing our response time now. In response to your question about our new authoring tool that allows you to publish mts and mtx files without a broadcast key, we expect to release this at the end of the second quarter of this year (roughly June or July). Regards, Craig |
