Hello,
When I export from Tuning Studio one of my objects dissapear. Also, the lightmaps seem to be upside-down. Anyone know why this happen? regards Freed |

Hey Freed,
Very unusual... Well, there are several possibilities, but you need to supply much more information. What kind of object disappeared? What operations did you perform in Stream Tuning Studio? What version of STS were you using? Actually, if you could attach some files (before and after) it would really help. ~Chris |

Hi Chris,
I'm using v2.0.0.52 of STS. At first I compressed the textures and set geometry detail on all objects to 14bit and got this problem. I also tried to export without any optimizations/changes in STS but the problem still remained. The object (standard mesh, collapsed in max) are using a multi/sub material can this be a part of the problem? I also noted 'strange' scalings of the objects in the mtx file. For example this object who dissapeared had a scale of something like "x=0.000034, y=0.000034, z=0.000034".. another object had a scale of x=1234.0000,y=1234.0000,z=1234.0000. regards Freed |

Hmmm... those are really strange numbers for scaling. I still don't think it's an STS problem. Is it possible for you to post before and after versions? I'm sorry that I can't think of other causes without seeing the files. ~Chris |
